Hossam Shafick

Hossam joined Badia in 2022 as a Senior Associate and was later promoted to Principal, leading the fund’s physical presence in Egypt and North Africa.

Hossam began his career in Investment Banking, advising on M&A transactions exceeding +$1 billion, including deals with The Coca-Cola Company, Almarai, Marcyrl Pharmaceuticals, DPI and Amethis.

He graduated top of his class in Fintech, Risk, and Investment Analysis during his MSc, as well as top 5% in Accounting and Finance during his BSc, both at the University of Sussex, UK.
